Join Advanced IT Consultants

We are a fully remote team building custom employee communication software for companies across the US. Here is what we are hiring for right now.

QA Tester

Fully Remote, US

$90,000 to $120,000 annually

About the Role

As a QA Tester at Advanced IT Consultants, you will be the last line of defense before a custom employee portal reaches a client's workforce. You will work closely with our development team throughout each build to catch issues early, verify fixes, and make sure every feature works exactly as our clients expect on day one.

What You'll Do

  • Test custom employee portals before they go live for clients
  • Write and run test cases for new features across communication, training, HR, and industry specific modules
  • Perform regression testing across browsers and devices
  • Log, track, and verify bug fixes with the development team
  • Confirm each client build matches their original requirements before deployment
  • Support user acceptance testing during the training and handoff phase

What We're Looking For

  • Experience testing web applications, ideally in a SaaS or custom software environment
  • Comfort writing clear, repeatable test cases and bug reports
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bonus: experience testing across multiple industries or client verticals

Why Join Us

  • Fully remote with flexible, asynchronous-friendly hours
  • Work directly on products used by real client organizations, not internal tools
  • Small, distributed team where your testing directly shapes what ships

Product Operations Coordinator

Fully Remote, US

$70,000 to $100,000 annually

About the Role

As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will be the connective tissue between our clients and our development team. You will keep engagements on track from the first discovery call through deployment and ongoing support, making sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the handoff between discovery, development, and deployment for each client
  • Track timelines, requirements, and deliverables across active client builds
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the development team during rollout
  • Maintain documentation for each client's custom modules and configurations
  • Support post-launch onboarding and training coordination
  • Collect client feedback and route feature requests to the development team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, client services, or product operations, ideally at a software or agency company
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active client engagements at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially across remote and asynchronous teams
  • Comfort acting as a translator between non-technical clients and a technical development team
  • Bonus: experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar)

Why Join Us

  • Fully remote with flexible, asynchronous-friendly hours
  • Direct client-facing ownership over how engagements run, not just internal process work
  • Room to grow as the company adds more client verticals and team members

Process Improvement Specialist

Fully Remote, US

$60,000 to $90,000 annually

About the Role

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will help us turn what has worked for one client into a repeatable system that works for every client. You will look across our delivery pipeline, find what slows us down, and build the templates and standards that let us build faster without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze the discovery to deployment pipeline and identify bottlenecks across client engagements
  • Document and standardize workflows for development, QA, and support teams
  • Partner with project managers to reduce delivery time without sacrificing quality
  • Build repeatable templates and checklists for common client requests
  • Monitor support ticket trends and recommend process changes to reduce recurring issues
  • Report on process efficiency metrics to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operations, process improvement, or business analysis, ideally at a software or services company
  • Comfort digging into workflows and turning them into clear documentation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn support and delivery data into concrete recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to get buy-in across development, QA, and client-facing teams
  • Bonus: experience with process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus but not required

Why Join Us

  • Fully remote with flexible, asynchronous-friendly hours
  • High-impact role where your work directly shapes how the whole company delivers
  • Ground-floor opportunity to build the playbook as the company scales
